Despite the fast pace of urban living, one can easily get tied up in the dreary routine of city life. It is easy to get gobbled up by the demands of your job, or your personal life. You just can’t NOT pay attention to those stuff day in and day out — we all do. Sadly, the routine becomes a rut soon enough… and before you know it, you begin neglecting some of the activities that have sustained you through this hellish existence.
The weeks quickly turn into months or even years… until eons have passed since the last time you got out to do a bit of shooting. So, if it’s been a while, if your stress level has filled up every nook and cranny of your awareness, maybe it is time to head downrange for a little recoil therapy.
A little range time is good for the heart, body and mind.
